Sonya. On behalf of my clients, Boise-Waltman, LLC, please accept this request to once again table my applications for
Browning Plaza Subdivision Preliminary Plat Time Extension and Development Agreement Modification to a future date.
We are still working with ACHD on the off-site improvement issues, and this information will be key to moving forward
with the City applicati ons. Please place us on the last Council hearing in June in order to provide us additional time to get
through the ACHD Commission.
