I built a building on one of the lots. I needed to combine two of the lots into one lot for utility connection issues (remove a lot line). This lot had an established address of 105 E 3rd St. That is the address currently being used as the legal address. With the advice of an engineer and a surveyor the lot line was removed and the remaining parcels were adjusted so that 4 lots remain, one lot being 105 E 3rd. A survey was done and the 4 lots were recorded with Ada County record of survey #10355 filed as recorded instrument # 2016-003319. The property now has 4 new parcel numbers. All parcels have a deed in the name of James A and Diane C Fuhrman. The recorded deeds are quit claim deeds. Parcel R1042000235 is 105 E 3" (0.162 acre) (parcel #4 on survey). The other parcels are R942600549 (0.146 ac) (parcel #3 on survey), R9426000541 (0.128 ac) (parcel #2 on survey), and R9426000605 (0.07 ac) (parcel #1 on survey).
