This project was heard by the Commission on March 3 and 17, 2016. At the public hearing on March 17`x,
the Commission voted to recommend denial of the project to the City Council. Since that time, the project
went before the ACHD Commission for review. The ACED Commission required the section of S. Hickory
Way from the site's north property line to Autumn Way (to the north) to be constructed as a minimum 20 -
foot wide pedestrian, bicycle, and emergency access only within 50 feet of right-of-way; they did not
require S. Hickory Way to be extended along the west boundary of this site.
In accord with ACHD's decision, the applicant has submitted a revised preliminary plat and landscape plan
that depicts an emergency access driveway at the northwest corner of the site for access via Autumn Way;
and common area and a leasing office/fitness facility along the north boundary adjacent to Greenhill Estates
subdivision instead of dwellings.
