Enclosed is the updated final plat application for "Bainbridge Subdivision No. 3," the thirty-
nine (39) single-family lot, seven (7) common lot, third phase of the Bainbridge Subdivision
preliminary plat approved August 20`h, 2013.
This third phase is consistent with the preliminary plat and includes —10% of qualified open
space in the form of street buffers along N. Black Cat Rd., W. Vanderbilt Dr., and W. Ladle
Rapids St. Principal project "amenities" and additional open space will be provided in the
larger, open space areas and parks of subsequent phases.
Statement of Conformance
This final plat is in full conformance with: (1) The uses and layout approved by the
preliminary plat; (2) the use requirements and provisions of the UDC; and (3) acceptable
engineering and surveying practices, and local standards.
