RE: Continuance for H 2016-0006 for Pope’s Garden
Dear Mayor & Council:
I request that Pope’s Garden be remained back to Planning and Zoning Commission due to ACHD’s
requirement to remove the public right of way from the site. This change has allowed us to modify the
site plan to create a better buffer between us and the Greenhill Neighborhood to the north. We believe
these changes do address many of the concerns the Planning and Zoning Commission had with our
development.
