Sonya,
Regarding the staff's recommendation for the above referenced matter, we agree with the staff’s recommendations
except that we would like to avoid connecting the City water and sewer to the residence on the northern part of the lot
because we will demolishing that building when we start Phase 2. We expect Phase 2 to be started by October
2017. We would also like to rent out that house until that time so that it is not left vacant and exposed to some of the
problems that can befall vacated buildings.
