Attached is a copy of the proposed revision to the plat of Bainbridge No. 3.
As you will see, we added the common lots to the north and south sides of Block 19 (Lot 1 and Lot 8). Of course we will
need to update the landscape plans, etc. to reflect this change. We would like to confirm how you would like to address
this change and/or if you feel we need to defer the hearing on the Final Plat in order to update your files, etc.
