RE: Request for Deferral of Bainbridge No. 3 Final Plat--City Council hearing of May 3 rd , 2016.
It appears our team will have some difficulty getting the updates to the landscape plans, calculations, prints,
etc. before 3pm today ( or sooner so you will have time to complete your review and staff report ). Rather than
rush this to the point that an error is made, we’ve concluded that it is best to defer the Bainbridge No. 3 Final

Plat application until the following week. This will provide ample time for us to provide you with the
requested clarifications and updates to our documents and plans.
