DISTRICT, a body politic and corporate of the State of Idaho, the "GRANTOR", and The City of
Meridian, an Idaho municipal Corporation, the "GRANTEE
WITNESSETH:
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, GRANTOR does by these presents convey, remise, release and
forever quitclaim unto GRANTEE all right, title and interest of GRANTOR in the real property situated
in the COUNTY OF ADA, STATE OF IDAHO, as more particularly described below and by this

for irrigation and drainage ditches), and subject to licenses for telecommunications lines which are in
