Thank you for calling today for clarification of the plans for the house on the northern part of the lot. I spoke to the
owner about the plans for the lot to make sure that my understanding was right. Here is a quick summary of the plans
for the lot:
• Phase 1: Build an office building on the vacant portion of the lot
Completion date: summer of 2017
• Phase 2: Build an office building on the northern part of the lot that where the house is
Completion date: 2018
• Residential house: Demolish it in 2018 for Phase 2 construction of an office building
So that the house does not sit vacant until Phase 2, the owner would like to rent the house for a period of time until it is
demolished. Additionally, the owner would like to delay connecting the water and sewer to the house since the house
will be demolished before Phase 2.
