Dear Sonya. Please accept this request to postpone the City Council public hearing for the Browning Plaza Preliminary
Plat Time Extension scheduled for May 3 rd . As we are still working with ACHD on off-site improvement conditions that
may have a direct affect on conditions of the plat, we would like to schedule this time extension for the May 24 th Council
hearing. It is our hope that the ACHD Commission makes a recommendation to the City on the applications that we have
before them at their May 11 th meeting.
