In regards to the Staff Report for Dutch Bros Coffee, CUP H-2016-0025;
The Applicant is in receipt of the Staff Report
The correct address for Applicant is 3023 E. Copper Point Dr, Suite 205, Meridian 83642
There was two Neighborhood Meetings held. The first meeting on December 4 th was not attended by anyone except
representatives from Dutch Bros Coffee. At the Neighborhood Meeting held April 7 th , the neighbor to the South, Jack
Siemsen (2190 S Meridian Rd) attended and had questions that were addressed about increased traffic in the area. No
other property owners were in attendance.
Per the request of Staff, the site plan has been modified and submitted to Staff.
In regards to Conditions of Approval;
1.5 - Dutch Bros hours must be 5:00am – 11:00pm to comply with their Franchise Agreement. This is consistent with all
other Dutch Bros Coffees in Meridian.

1.7 – The chainlink enclosure surrounding the gas line equipment adjacent to the property was installed and is owned
and maintained by Intermountain Gas. We have no authorization by Intermountain Gas to remove their fencing and
replace with any other type of screening. Therefore, we respectfully request that this Condition of Approval be
removed.
All other Conditions of Approval are acceptable to Applicant.
Applicant requests Approval with the following modifications;
Section 1.5 - Hours of Operation shall be from 5:00am – 11:00pm
Section 1.7 – Applicant is NOT required to install any additional screening around the Intermountain Gas equipment
adjacent to the property.
