Subject:Gibson property
In response to your annexation of Parcel #S1131212652, this property has a valid water
right through Boise-Kuna Irrigation District. Will you be retaining the water right on the
property or are you planning to remove the water right permanently? If removing the
water right, the owner must submit a letter addressed to the Board of Directors of Boise-
Kuna Irrigation District requesting the removal. If you can get it to me before April 5th, I
can have by Board act on it at my Board meeting that day.
If you have any questions, please contact me either by email or you can call me at the
number listed below. I am not always in the office, but you can leave a message with my
clerk.
