Dear Caleb,
Enclosed is the final plat application for "Paramount Subdivision No. 31," the forty (40)
single-family lots and three (3) common lots represent the fourth phase of the Paramount
South 60 Subdivision preliminary plat approved July 25, 2006; and subsequently deemed to
be "one development" with the original Paramount project by the City of Meridian.
Owner's association common area facilities in this phase include the landscape buffers at W.
Legarreta Street (Lot 2, Block 73) and W. McMillan Road (Lot 14, Block 73). In addition, the
plat includes the common open space/green area (Lot 1, Block 76) identified in the approved
preliminary plat. Note that it is intended that a small remnant portion of the preliminary plat
(SW Corner) will be addressed via a combined Preliminary/Final Plat in the future (2
buildable, 1 common).
Statement of Conformance
This final plat is in full conformance with: (1) The uses and layout approved by the
preliminary plat; (2) the use requirements and provisions of the UDC; and (3) acceptable
engineering and surveying practices, and local standards.

Dear Warren:
The final plat application checklist requires a statement certifying that all street elevations are set a
minimum of 3 feet above the highest known ground water.
According to the initial test pit investigations and recent construction activities, the ground water within
this project was not encountered within depth of 3 feet of the existing ground.
Based on the above information, I certify that groundwater would be greater than 36 inches below
finished street centerline elevations throughout the project.
