Including the standards section about frontage on a cul-de-sac. The buildable lots along the southern boarder meet the R-4 requirements. (Ord. 14-1623, 9-2-2014) Here the section on measuring street frontage on a cul-de-sac: 11-2A-3: STANDARDS: The standards for development in all residential districts shall be as follows: B. Minimum Street Frontage: 1. Properties with street frontages on cul-de-sacs or at approximately a ninety degree (90° ) angle shall be a minimum of thirty feet (30') measured as a chord measurement. They are still smaller than our lots in subdivision and not what you agreed upon in the meeting, try again or we will be at the meeting in disagreement again.. We removed 3 buildable lots from our plan and the new plat is attached. The Council will consider this plat at a meeting on Tuesday, March 29th at 6 pm. Please call or email if you have questions.
