Hi Pam,
I've copied and pasted (below) sections of the Meridian Unified Development Code that show the dimensions for R-4
lots. Including the standards section about frontage on a cul-de-sac.
The buildable lots along the southern boarder meet the R-4 requirements.
If you still have questions about the lots, let me or Josh (Meridian Planner, cc:ed on this) know.
Thanks for taking a look at the latest plat and for your comments.
This is the link to the Meridain code, click on Title 11 for all the zoning and subdivision requirements:

Those do not look like R4 zoned.. They are still smaller than our lots in subdivision and not what you agreed upon in the
meeting, try again or we will be at the meeting in disagreement again.. Thank you,

Hi Neighbors,
As many of you know, last Tuesday night the Meridian City Council asked us to revise our plat so that all
of the home lots along the southern boundary of Brinegar Prairie are at least 8000 square feet in
area. We removed 3 buildable lots from our plan and the new plat is attached.
The Council will consider this plat at a meeting on Tuesday, March 29th at 6 pm.
Please call or email if you have questions.
Thanks,
Jane
