THIS QUITCLAIM DEED made this 26th day of May, 2011, between Ada County, a political subdivision of
the State of Idaho, by and through the Board of Ada County Commissioners, 200 W Front Street, Boise, ID 83702,
Grantor, for value received and having met the statutory requirements does hereby convey, release, remise and forever
quit claim unto CITY OF MERIDIAN, a municipal corporation of the State of Idaho, whose address is 33 E.
Broadway Avenue, Meridian, ID 83642, Grantee, the following described premises to wit:
A parcel of land being a portion of the N %2 of the SW i/4 of Section 4, Twp. 3 N., Rug I W., Boise
Meridian, Ada County Idaho. More particularly described as follows:'
Commencing at the Section corner common to Sections 4, 5, 8 & 9 from which the quarter corner
common to Sections 4 & 5 bears N 00°53'25" E a distance of 2643.32 feet.
Thence along the westerly boundary of said Section 4 N 00°53'25" E a distance of 1321.68 feet to the
southwest corner of said N %2 of the SW '/4;
Thence leaving said Section line and bearing S 89°19'41" E along the southerly boundary of said N'/2 of
the SW '/4 a distance of 349.71 to a point, said point being the southeasterly corner of Parcel 1 as shown
on Record of Survey 6146 recorded as instrument 103076646 recorded in the records of Ada County,
Idaho, the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence continuing along the southerly boundary of the NW '/4 of the SW IAS 89°19'40" E a distance of
974.18 feet to the southeast corner of said NW '/4 of the SW %;
Thence along the southerly boundary of the NE'/4 of the SW IAS 89°19'40" E a distance of 599.34 feet
to a point said point being the northeasterly corner of Parcel D as shown on Record of Survey 8311
recorded as instrument 108058828 recorded in the records of Ada County, Idaho;
Thence leaving the southerly boundary of the NE'/4 of the SW '/4 and bearing N 49°07'32" W a distance
of 68.82 feet to a point on the south line of roadway parcel described in Warranty Deed instrument
9237823 and shown on Record of Survey 8729 recorded as instrument 110013507 both in the records of
Ada County, Idaho;
Thence along the southerly line of said roadway parcel S 8904725" W a distance of 1521.03 feet to a
point on the easterly boundary of said Parcel 1 shown on Record of Survey 6146;
Thence along said easterly boundary S 00°52'25" W a distance of 21.01 to the REAL POINT OF
BEGIlVNING.
The above-described tract of land contains 1.17 acres, more or less, subject to all existing easements and
rights-of-way.
