Meridian Rd. is an existing building within the Strada Bellissima Subdivision located off Meridan Road. The building is partially occupied with 1,804 s.f. of vacant space that is to be built out in this Tenant Improvement. The existing building has already been approved through the previous Design Review processes, but we are requesting to remove an existing window and replace it with an exit door. The materials and trim of the door will be cohesive in nature with the language of the existing building. In addition, we are requesting to be able to install (2) required vents — one high and one low — on the same fagade. It is not our intent to change the appearance of the building, but to provide a safer, more efficient design for the new tenant. We do not foresee that the proposed exterior modifications will detract from the building.
