PURPOSE
The Consultants supe of services and compensation shall be as set forth herein.
Services shall generally be described as testing and Inspections consulting services.
TASK 1— Testing and Inspections Consulting Services
Per the City's request, the Consultant will provide professional testing and inspections
consulting services relating to the construction of the & Street park Pedestrian pathway
& Box Culverts — Phase 1 project. These services are listed in STRATA's December 22.

COMPENSATION
The Not-To-ExcmW amount for Task Order No. PKS-09-002 is One Thousand Seven

The services described above are based on our review of the plans. The cost shown are based upon the
estimated quantities Indicated and dependent upon the contractor's schedule and performance. These fees
represent the amount of testing required from our knowledge of the project document. If the quantities
change, a corresponding change In cost will occur. All prices Include supervision and report. The above
scope of services will be performed according to the terms and conditions described In the attached
agreement for services. We will need at least 24 hours notice t6schedule our personnel.
