My name is Austin Knight, I live in the sunburst subdivision. I do not think the new plan should be approved. I think that
it would effect the property values in the surrounding areas in a negative way. It appears the plan is to cram as many
houses as possible into the space provided. I would rather see larger lots, like in the original plans, that are comparable
to the current lots/homes in the area.
