Subject: Bringer Prairie subdivision
I live at 2971 W Ann Street in Sunburst subdivision.
I'm writing to you on behalf of my grave concern about the changes the developer for Bringer Prairie
subdivision is trying to get approved on Tuesday night. They want to add an additional 5 lots making the lots
just over 5,000 square feet. The original plans approved by planning and zoning had 8,000+ square feet lots.
The tightly packed lots, smaller houses and lower home prices will indeed lower the property value of our home
that are around this subdivision.
I'm unable to attend the meeting on Tuesday and ask you to please pass on my concern about this proposed
change. I definitely do not want the new plans to be approved. The profit in one man's pocket will have a major
effect on many home owners in Sunburst and Devin Place subdivisions.
