RE: Copperbrook Subdivision
Dear City Council:
I own property located on McDermott that is just south of the proposed Copperbrook Subdivision.
As a land owner in this area, I have an interest in protecting and enhancing my land value.
My desire is to offer my property as Development ground complete with Meridian City annexation
and infrastructure. The developer of Copperbrook appears to have a proposal that will provide added
value to Meridian and also to me.
I have reviewed the developer's plans and would like to state my support of their annexation, rezone
and preliminary plat.
