A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FEE SCHEDULE OF THE MERIDIAN PARKS AND
RECREATION DEPARTMENT; AUTHORIZING THE MERIDIAN PARKS AND
RECREATION DEPARTMENT TO COLLECT SUCH FEES; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, following publication of notice accordingto the requirements qrements of Idaho Code
section 63-131 IA, on April 10, 2012, the City Council of Meridian held a h '
Baring on the adoption
of the proposed Fee Schedule of the Meridian Parks and Recreation Department., p ment, as set forth in
Exhibit A hereto; and
WHEREAS, following such hearing, the City Council, b formal motion did approve pprove said
proposed Fee Schedule of the Meridian Parks and Recreation Department;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the Fee Schedule of the Meridian Parks and Recreation Department, p ent, as set
forth in Exhibit A hereto, is hereby adopted.
Section 2. That the Meridian Parks and Recreation Department is hereby authorized
to
implement and carry out the collection of said fees.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediate) u i
