STOLL TO SEAT 7 OF THE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION ISSION AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Meridian City Code Title 2 Chapter 2 establishes the Meridian Parks and Recreation Commission, its members and terms of their appointments; WHEREAS, the remaining term rm of Seat 7 of the Commission will expire October 31, 2012; and City WHEREAS, the City Council of the Ci of Meridian deems the appointment of Matthew J.
