BY THE CITY COUNCIL: BIRD, BORTON, ROUNTREE, ZAREMBA
A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE COUNCIL'S APPROVAL OF
MERIDIAN PARKS RECREATION FEES FOR 2008; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on May 6, 2008, the City Council of Meridian, held a hearing on the
adoption of the 2008 Meridian Parks Recreation fees for various summer programs as
shown by Attachment "A" and incorporated herein by reference; and
WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve
said 2008 Meridian Parks Recreation fees for various programs; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the 2008 Meridian Parks Recreation fees for various summer
programs are hereby adopted. A copy of the fee schedule is attached as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. That the Director of Parks and Recreation is hereby authorized to
implement and carry out the collection of said fees for the various programs.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon
its adoption and approval.
ADOPTED by the City Council of Meridian, Idaho 20-V" day of
2008.
APPROVED by the Mayor of the City of Meridian, Idaho, this day
of MP4:4c 92008.
