2004-457 Bear Creek PathwayCITY OF MERIDIAN BY THE CITY COUNCIL: RESOLUTION NO. �� 4-5-7 BIRD, DONNELL, ROUNTREE, WARDLE A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REAL PROPERTY DONATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN BEAR CREEK LLC. (DONOR), AND THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, BY AND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION (DONEE); AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST SAID TRANSFER ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Bear Creek LLC., Inc. owns certain real property in the Bear Creek No. $ Subdivision: and that is suitable for public open space and trails; and, WHEREAS, Bear Creek LLC., Inc. wishes to donate the property at a value of $ to the City. of Meridian; and WHEREAS, both parties wish to maximize the utilization of tax dollars, private contributions and donations for the purpose of providing open space and trail facilities for the citizens of the City. of Meridian.
