A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN
MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS AND ADOPTING A SCHEDULE OF FEES
FOR SERVICES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO:
SECTION 1: FINDINGS: Pursuant to the authority of this City to operate and
maintain recreational and cultural facilities and activities, and to establish fees for
services pursuant to § 63-1311; and it being found in the best interests of the City to
conduct and provide various recreational activities as herein provided, and it being
found that there are costs to the City to provide such activities and that the fees here
established are reasonably related to, but do not exceed, the actual cost of providing
those services.
SECTION 2: ADOPTION OF FEE SCHEDULE: The attached Exhibit "A"
Schedule of Fees for services and activities listed are hereby approved, established
and authorized to be collected.
