Present: Chairman Steven Yearsley, Commissioner Rhonda McCarvel and Commissioner Ryan Fitzgerald. Members Absent: Commissioner Patrick Oliver and Commissioner Gregory Wilson. Others Present: Machelle Hill, Andrea Pogue, Bill Parsons and Dean Willis. At this time I would like to call to order the regularly scheduled meeting of the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission for the hearing date of February 4th, 2016, and let's begin with the staff report -- or not -- sorry. Roll call. Item 2: Adoption of the Agenda Yearsley: Thank you. Next on the agenda is the adoption of the agenda and, unfortunately, both action items -- Copperbrook Subdivision and the Brinegar Prairie Subdivision will need to be continued to February 18th. So, the next Commission meeting. So, can I get a motion to adopt the agenda as presented? Fitzgerald: So moved. McCarvel: Second.
