PLANNING DEPARTMENT 1.1 Site Specific Conditions of Approval 1.1.1 The applicant will comply. a. Understood. b. Understood. c. The applicant objects to providing a second stub street. 1. We contacted the owner of Parcel S1224223260, who was not interested in cooperating with our client to eliminate the strip of land. This parcel is independent of the subject site and beyond our control. 2. The location of the stub street as shown on the preliminary plat was requested by the property owner north of the subject site. The location as proposed complies with the block length. An additional stub street would be redundant, too close to Linder and would not be beneficial due to the configuration of the Gray parcel. d. The applicant will comply. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT 2.1 Site Specific Conditions of Approval 2.1.1 The applicant will provide the requested water main easements to Sagewood Subdivision and the school site. However, a connection to the 12-inch water main at Calderwood Court cannot be provided because W. Kodiak Drive is paved and the extension would require cutting of a new street.
