Grace @ Fairview lakes concur with staff's findings of facts and conditions of approval. The revised site plan
that was resubmitted incorporates staff's recommendations for approval. I have ordered a lot line adjustment
with J.J. Howard surveyors. The property will be combined into one lot, prior to construction. Please contact
