Open Space And Amenity Requirement: 1. The total land area of all common open space that meets the standards as set forth in subsection B of this section shall equal or exceed ten percent (10%) of the gross land area of the development. 2. One additional site amenity that meets the standards as set forth in subsection C of this section shall be required for each additional twenty (20) acres of development area. (Ord. 10-1439, 1-12-2010, eff. 1-18-2010) B. Residential developments comprised entirely of buildable lots in excess of 16,000 square feet shall have men space to equal or exceed five percent (5%) of the gross land area and meeting the standards set forth in subsection B of this section.
