The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced vacation application for the
Quenzer Commons Subdivision No. 10 at 3997 N. Quenzer Way west of SH-55. ITD has the
following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to this application and does not require any mitigation.
2. This property does not abut the State highway system.
