He said that you would need something in writing from us. As we discussed on the phone on Friday, the collector designation of Leighfield ends just to the east of this lot. Adjacent to this lot, Leighfield is a local street. If someone wants to vacate the plat note with the access restriction, ACHD would be okay with that.
