Locust Grove Rd. and E. Overland Rd. south of I-84. ITD has the following comments: 1. ITD has no objection to this project and does not require any mitigation. 2. No access is requested and none is approved with this application. I-84 is a full access controlled highway. 3. Idaho Code 14-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway system. 4. IDAPA 39.03.60 governs advertising along the State highway system.
