Please find attached the applications for the Final plat and Construction plans for the Kentucky
Ridge Estates Subdivision No. 4 Project located south of Victory and west of Stoddard Road. This
is the final phase of the project that was approved in 2013 for preliminary plat.
At this time we feel that the attached construction documents and final plat meet all of the City of
Meridian and other local jurisdictional requirements, Including the conditions of approval that were
attached to the preliminary plat approval for this project.

To Whom It May Concern,
The Geotechnical Engineering Reportprepared by Bob Arnold dated August 28th, 2013 for the
project indicates that groundwater was not encountered at an excavation depth of +/- 12 feet and
that well logs available on the Idaho Department of Water Resources Website indicate that
groundwater on the subject property is between 85 and 105 feet below the existing ground
surface.
Based on this information, we concluded that the proposed street center line for this project has a
three foot or greater separation to seasonal high groundwater.
