The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced conditional use application
for the Verraso Village No. 2 at 3476, 3478, 3510, 3524, 3540, 3564 Modelo Lane and 2975 N.
Records Ave. east of SH-55. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to a multi-family development being constructed at this location and does
not require any mitigation.
2. These properties does not abut the State highway system.
