Broadway Avenue Meridian, ID 83646 RE: Browning Plaza Subdivision —Torre Extension Request Dear Mayor and Council: As representative for Boise -Waltman, LLC, please accept this application for a time extension for Browning Plaza Subdivision preliminary plat, located on the south side of Waltman Lane, west of Meridian Road in Meridian, Idaho. Browning Plaza Subdivision includes 38.21 acres and was originally approved for 40 commercial/office/retail lots with 2 common lots. The original approval date on the application was October 7, 2008 and the development has received several previous time extensions, the most recent expiring on April 7, 2016. The applicant is committed to this development and is continuing to market the property. They have had several interested parties over the last few years, but unfortunately, the off-site improvements that were originally imposed on the development by ACHD are proving to be too costly to potential buyers. The applicant has been in discussions with ACRD to review these required improvements and the District has indicated that they will re-evaluate the development during their review of this time extension application from the City of Meridian. With that, the applicant hereby requests an additional two year extension for the subdivision.
