Due to concerns of the Nampa and Meridian Irrigation District, we have had to change the layout of the NMID pipe
through the subject property, which in turn, has caused a revision to our preliminary plat layout and application.
We request our February 4, 2016, Planning and Zoning Commission hearing be continued to February 18, 2016, to
provide for adequate review and advertising of the revisions.
