RE: Village Apartments (MDA -15-011; A7-15-012; CUP -15-014)
After the Findings and Development Agreement (DA) for this project were approved at the December
15' meeting, the applicant brought to Staff s attention that there were a couple of errors in the
development agreement provisions (Exhibit A.6) and the conditions of approval (Exhibit B) in the staff
report regarding the timing of construction of the street buffer and associated multi -use pathway along N.
Eagle Road.
The staff report has been revised in accord with the Council's decision. After approval of the revised
Findings, the City Attorney will revise the DA accordingly and it will also come back before Council for
approval and subsequent recordation.
