MILAM, PALMER, LITTLE ROBERTS
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MERIDIAN, REAPPOINTING STEVEN YEARSLEY TO SEAT 3 OF THE
MERIDIAN PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Meridian City Code 2-1-1 establishes the Meridian Planning and
Zoning Commission, its members and terms of their appointments; and
WHEREAS, Steven Yearsley was appointed to Seat 3 on the Meridian Planning and
Zoning Commission by Resolution No. 11-169 on January 11, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Meridian deems the appointment of Steven
Yearsley to Seat 3 of the Planning & Zoning Commission to be in the best interest of the
Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission and of the City of Meridian;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That pursuant to Meridian City Code § 2-1-1, Steven Yearsley is
hereby reappointed to Seat 3 of the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission, for a term to
expire January 31, 2019.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
adoption and approval.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Meridian, Idaho, this Ltay of
2016.
