RE: UDC Text Amendment 2015 and Meridian Design Manual Revamp

Honorable Mayor and City Council Members,
Recently, Staff received a letter from the BCA requesting the Council to continue the
UDC Text Amendment application to the next available hearing so representation from
the BCA can attend the hearing. The letter has been transmitted to the City Clerk’s office
which is included in your Council packet. As a courtesy to the BCA, Staff is requesting
the Council continue this item to the January 26, 2016 hearing.
