"If the site does not develop as self -storage, then the developer shall construct a
minimum 20-foot wide driveway and minimum 5-foot wide pathway/sidewalk
along the east side of the property for access to the site from the future collector
street to the east and interconnectivity between the subject property and the future
uses."
Condition 1.1.11
"All landscape and frontage improvements associated with the site in the first phase
including landscape buffers and the 10-foot wide multi -use shall be constructed
with the first phase of development. The remaining improvements shall be
constructed with the corresponding phase of the development after sewer is
installed.
Condition 1.1.1.i
"No Certificate of Occupancy will be allowed until water utilities are available to the
site. Development of the second phase will not be allowed until sewer utilities are
available to the site."
Condition 2.2.2
"Per Meridian City Code (MCC), the applicant shall be responsible to install seweF
and water mains to and through this development. Applicant may be -is eligible for a
reimbursement agreement for infrastructure enhancement per MCC 8-6-5.
