All laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on -site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District
(NMID) must review drainage plans.

Settlers Irrigation District is currently working with Mr. Conger on design for the gravity irrigation portion of this project.
Once zoning is approved, Settlers will need a Land use Change application complete, Single Assessment form, and the
plan review fee. Settlers will need to be contacted by the contractor to schedule inspections on the construction &
installation of tiling the Harrell lateral.
