As we discussed, there are a couple of important clarifications/adjustments to the Site -Specific Conditions of Approval. Condition #1.1.3(a): As we noted with you, ACHD also addressed the existing 4' sidewalk (part of a previously approved phase and ROW dedication) in their staff level approval as follows (see MER15-0114): D. Site Specific Conditions of Approval 1. Reconstruct the sidewalk on Fox Run Way to be 5-feet in width or provide 5' X 5' turnout areas every 200 feet to meet ADA standards. *Please adjust the conditions of approval to reflect these site -specific options for the existing sidewalk. Condition #1.1.3(c): This condition addresses the size, location, and easement requirements of a 10-foot wide multi -use pathway along E. Chinden Blvd. As discussed and noted, the current berm was designed to accommodate this pathway being primarily centered on the ROW and the 40' landscaped street buffer (5-feet on each side of the line located 70-feet from the Center Line of E. Chinden Blvd). As discussed, the "Centered" location is most conducive to the topography and drainage design of the existing and approved berm. *Please adjust the condition of approval to reflect this CENTERING of the 10-foot wide multi -use pathway.
