RE: H-2015-0019 SOUTH MERIDIAN ANNEXATION
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced annexation and zoning
application for the South Meridian Annexation of 1,322.14 acres of land located along Amity Rd., east
of Linder Rd., west of Eagle Rd., and north of Columbia Rd. east and west of SH-69. ITD has the
following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to this application.
2. IDAPA 39.03.42 rules govern encroachments on the State highway system.
3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising in the right-of-way of any State highway
system.
4. IDAPA 39.03.60 rules govern advertising along the State highway system.
