The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced modified development agreement
application for the Primary Health Clinic located at 1648 & 1624 NW 1st Street north of I-84. ITD has
the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to the requested application and does not require any mitigation.
2. This property does not abut the State highway system.
