BY THE CITY COUNCIL: BIRD, BORTON, CAVENER,
MILAM, ROUNTREE, ZAREMBA
A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION (10 x 135.5 FEET) OF THE 10 -
FOOT WIDE PUBLIC UTILITY, DRAINAGE AND IRRIGATION EASEMENT
LOCATED ON THE EAST BOUNDARY OF LOT 3, BLOCK 2, AND THE WEST
BOUNDARY OF LOT 4, BLOCK 2 THAT IS PLATTED WITH THE COMMERCE
PARK SUBDIVISION. SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED AT 3410 AND 3500
WEST COMMERCIAL COURT, IN THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 9,
TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST, BOISE MERIDIAN, CITY OF MERIDIAN,
ADA COUNTY, IDAHO; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on December 22, 2015 the City Council of the City of Meridian, held a
hearing on the vacation of a portion (10'x 135.5' area) of the 10 -foot wide public utility,
drainage and irrigation easement along the east boundary of Lot 3, Block 2 and the west
boundary of Lot 4, Block 2 platted with Commerce Park Subdivision, as shown in the attached
Exhibit "A".
WHEREAS, the subject property is located at 3410 and 3500 Commercial Court in the
Southwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 3 North, Range 1 East Boise Meridian, City of
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, and
WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve said
described vacation; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That a portion (10'x 135.5' area) of the 10 -foot wide public utility, drainage
and irrigation easement along the east boundary of Lot 3, Block 2 and the west boundary of
Lot 4, Block 2 platted with Commerce Park Subdivision located at 3410 and 3500 Commercial
Court, located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 3 North, Range 1 East Boise

Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, is hereby vacated. A copy of the necessary
relinquishment is attached as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
adoption and approval.
