To whom it may concern,
Reference is made to your request for CenturyLink to vacate a portion of a public utility
easement on a portion of lots 3 and 4, Block 2, Commerce Park Subdivision, Ada county, Idaho.
CenturyLink has no need to use the portion of utility easement at this time and have no plans to
utilize them in the future. Based upon this we have no objections to the requested vacation of
easement. (See attachments)
