NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January
5, 2016, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the
application H-2015-0015 by Summit Equity, LLC for Preliminary
Plat approval consisting of 23 single-family residential lots and 6
common lots on approximately 4.69 acres in the R-8 zoning district
AND Modification of the Recorded Development Agreement
(Inst. #10512708) for the purpose of altering the type and number
of buildings to be constructed on the subject property for Falconers
Place Subdivision generally located east side of Eagle Road and
south of Victory Road
