Compliance Letter for
Twelve Oaks Centre Subdivision

Per City of Meridian Staff report dated 12-15-2015, Page 6, Items 3c and 3d have been
addressed. Item 3d changed to a common Lot 5 for the landscape buffer, which is 25 feet in
width from the top back of the existing curb.
Item 3a the instrument number cannot be inserted until the plat is recorded, due to the fact that
the CC&R’s call out the subdivision name, therefore the plat has to be recorded first and then
the CC&R’s.
Item 3b the cross access easement is being addressed.
Please see attached plat with revisions.
The owner is in agreement with the conditions of approval, and will be present at the meeting
tonight should you have any questions.
