Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) requires that a Land Use Change Application
be filed, for review, prior to final platting. Please contact Suzy Hewlett at 466-7861 for
further information.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. The District's Finch, and Milk Laterals course
through this proposed project. The easement for the Finch Lateral at this location is a
minimum of eighty feet (80'), forty feet (40') each side of the centerline. The easement for the
Milk Lateral at this location is a minimum of fifty feet (50'); twenty five feet (25') each side
of`centerline 'This easement must be protected. Any encroachment V-4thout a signed
License Agreement and approved plan before any construction is started is
unacceptable.
All municipal surface drainage must be retained on site. If any municipal surface drainage
leaves the site, the Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) must review drainage plans.
